Privacy at Buzz
Buzz is operated by Stall Desk Pvt Ltd, India. This notice covers the access-request form and the invitation-only customer service at buzz.trydataverse.com. Payments are not enabled.
Information collected
When you request access, we collect your email address, optional company name, the service that interests you, and your submission time. Invited customers also provide a login email and a password, which is stored as a salted password hash. After login, customers share a website, Google Business listing link, Instagram handle or product photo, and explicitly confirm a proposed business profile. Business-owned products, campaign drafts, lead notes, topic memory and preferences may be stored in the private workspace. Selected business facts and saved notes may be supplied to Mia and Leo when the customer submits an AI question. We do not ask for financial details here.
Why we process it
We use these details to respond to your request, send product launch invitations and plan which services to make available. You may ask us not to contact you.
Source-based brand onboarding
For customer-requested discovery, we retrieve limited public website metadata or store a Google/Instagram reference. When you submit a product photo, we retain a compressed preview in your private account. If private AI analysis is available, the preview is processed on our private AI server and a proposed visual description is stored alongside its source record; this analysis may be inaccurate and is never verified brand identity. We may extract up to six products or services from structured data on your supplied website, and import them only after you confirm onboarding. Google and Instagram link hints are not verified provider integrations. Data access is limited to your authenticated account.
Optional enhanced assistance and short-term memory
Within each business workspace, you can separately choose whether to use enhanced assistance and whether to save conversation responses for short-term continuity. Enhanced assistance may send the question and relevant business information to an authorized external AI processing service, only after you enable it and only when the service is available. If disabled, regular chat remains available through our private AI processing. Saved private conversation memory is retained for no more than 14 days, unless deleted sooner. Switching memory off requests deletion of existing private saved responses. Existing conversations kept in your customer account are managed separately and can be removed through account deletion or a data request. We do not use generated responses to train third-party models for other customers. Avoid submitting passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
AI chat and public research
When the optional AI chat is connected, we store your chat prompts and answers within your Buzz account on Cloudflare D1. Our private AI server processes the text through an authenticated outbound job relay. Avoid entering passwords, payment details and unnecessary sensitive information.
Limited live public research
For requests that expressly need current public marketing information, Mia and Leo may consult a restricted public news feed through our private processing service. We use predefined general research topics, not your raw prompt, identity, business name, customer records, product files, website links or conversation history, as outgoing search queries. Retrieved headlines and links are untrusted third-party information, not instructions or verified endorsements. Ordinary conversations do not require this external research. No unrestricted browser or autonomous access to private networks is provided.
Infrastructure and sharing
Early-access records are stored with Cloudflare's D1 database service. We do not sell the contact list. Cloudflare processes information as our infrastructure provider.
Payment sandbox
In Test Mode, Razorpay transaction identifiers and verified webhook receipts are stored in a Buzz-specific Cloudflare database. The sandbox does not collect real customer deposits or create spendable wallet credits.
Retention and requests
We retain early-access requests while onboarding is active, periodically review inactive requests, and delete a request when you ask us to, subject to legal requirements. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support@trydataverse.com.
Security
We use HTTPS and server-side access controls. No system is completely risk-free. Do not submit passwords, card information, or other sensitive details in the early-access form.
Updates
We will publish additional privacy terms before enabling public payment processing or paid AI generation.
Hosting and analytics
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the service and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand broad website performance and usage. Customer accounts, brand sources and private workspaces remain subject to our privacy and security controls.
